Margi, you hit the nail on the head...in the end, this is a big part of what inspires my work. Huntington Mall is such an unconventional, yet perfect venue. I'm so grateful to you and microWave Project for having the courage to instigate the revolution!

Kelly!
I am still in awe of all your amazing work! You and Lisa were absolutely wonderful. I really feel that what you may have begun is an art revolution! You both have introduced art to a variety of societies that the Huntington Mall is so fortunate to be able to accommodate on a daily basis. Schools of children come to the mall during the busy holiday season as a treat from "education"only to step in to the shopping center and be given a life lesson on the beauty and different forms art can take. The great thing is that they didn't even see it coming! They will return back to school and home and talk about the sculptures they had seen and discussions will ensue and art will become a small part of each person that had the opportunity to be touched by it. Brilliance!

I am awe-struck by what you achieved here; the installation is absolutely stunning. When you told me about this project I had not envisioned the scale of it. I can only imagine the time it took. I know you had a lot of help, but this is something YOU pulled off. You rock, girl!

Just wanted to say that your adventures are great reading and viewing. The gift item I assume is the deliciously smooth and soft felted pencil case! I wanted to say I love mine and want to hold it all the time to feel that great texture. Color is perfect for my winter grays.
